Select Live Returns this Saturday 11th November
As some of you may remember, it was back in 2017 that Select Live was first born, having been invited to host the Sunday session at Gigalum, Clapham; a venue named one of the best DJ bars in London by designmynight.com. We enjoyed an incredible year-long residency at the venue until it sadly closed its doors in 2018 following the announcement of its acquisition to independent South London pub group Livelyhood.
The Select Live nights were a great success and we have been constantly in search of the right venue to host the event. Following many meetings with venues, we were set to relaunch just before Covid-19 struck in late 2019, meaning once again Select Live was put on hold.
With the pandemic finally behind us and with the launch of our events brand Radio Warriors in January 2023, we came to the decision to once again seek a new venue to bring Select Live back to life. Finding the right venue for such a unique and intimate event was tricky but as soon as we spoke to the Prince of Wales, Brixton, we knew it would be perfect. Still within the SW postcode, SW9, less than two miles away from our former home in SW4, we are absolutely delighted to bring the brand back to our listeners, the people of South West London and beyond.
Select Live will finally return on Saturday 11th November 2023, in our new home, the Prince of Wales, Brixton.
We are treating you to a line-up of your favourite Select DJs bringing you B2B specials all night long from 9pm until 4am, across two rooms!
