Radio Warriors 2023 comes to a close.

After a trio of Radio Warriors events in 2023, our residency at Ministry Of Sound comes to a close until 2024.

Teaming up with the team at Louder and Future, Select have managed to secure some of the greatest talents in the industry.
AMINE EDGE & DANCE, CASSIMM, DEEPER PURPOSE, DEL30, ENDOR, FRIEND WITHIN, GOTSOME, JADED, LEFTWING:KODY, MARCO STROUS, MARTIN IKIN, OFFAIAH, PAX, SAFFRON STONE, DJ SKT, TECH IT DEEP and over 50 Select Radio DJs have featured this year. Ministry Of Sound has been a great platform to build our brand and has been the perfect fit considering it’s in the heart of London, our capital city and the home of Select Radio.

The first of our shows on Friday 13th January 2024 ‘20 years Of Broadcasting’ was at capacity within 30 minutes of the doors opening. The queue stretched from the entrance on Gaunt Street out and round the corner to Southwark High Street. Considering it was so soon after NYE and the dry January trend the turnout and support was heart warming for us. Our Second installment ‘The Ibiza Send Off’ following major travel disruptions including rail closures on the day of the event proved to have a minor effect on spoiling the show after a full sellout topping our Ministry Of Sound debut. Finally we closed 2023 with ‘The Summer Closing Party’ yet again travel disruptions and the cost of living proved to be no stopping our Warriors from assembling, 2023 was a huge success all round.

In 2024 we aim to continue to build the Radio Warriors brand and maintain our position to progress our own DJs, giving them the opportunity to play at such a world renowned venue. We will continue to keep our line ups as diverse as possible and aim to make sure we have a solid representation of artists and DJs from as many diverse backgrounds as possible in 2024. In addition to Ministry Of Sound, Select will be adding more events to our calendar including dates at Village Underground Shoreditch, Prince of Wales Brixton and other venues across our DAB broadcast areas in Norwich and Brighton.
