Too Lovely turn up the heat, every Sunday from 14:00 hours.
Too Lovely by name... Too Lovely by nature. The name stems from bringing love into the DJ booth and good energy into the party. Having both been raised with musical upbringings, the boys have been spinning records and experimenting with music together since the age of 16, and stick to one rule - keep it fun. Originally starting out mixing House & Garage in the late 90s, Too Lovely created a name for themselves mixing at house parties all over South London before landing bookings at Club Aquarium, 10Below as well as holding residencies at Bar 57 & Live Bar. After a few years away from music, Too Lovely have modernised their sound, producing a collection of house tracks across tech, soulful and deep genres, gaining support from the likes of Continental GT and Supa D. Too Lovely's sound is heavily influenced by Soul & RnB, their production is varied and they write tracks with a mixture of hard basslines, jumpy tech beats and soft soulful vocals. The boys also play out of a self built mobile DJ van. Spinning on the CDJ set up and thumping sound system, bringing a vibalicious atmosphere to towns all over the South East. You can usually catch them playing on Brighton Beach creating electric street parties that keep people grooving. You can catch their show, The Too Lovely Takeover, live on Select every Sunday from 1400 - 1600.
