Initial Flip

Prior to becoming a DJ, Initial Flip was a full time raver at heart, taking his own personal preference from the enormous repertoire that is House Music, sharing what his ears and feet love with the rest of the world.

Flip has been heavily influenced by the sounds of Defected, having been a long term fan of the music released on their label, he also regularly supports music signed to the likes of Repopulate Mars, Nervous Records, Dirtybird and Toolroom Records.

Growing up, he describes himself as being a huge fanboy of Select, so when he became aware that the station were looking for new talent, he knuckled down & put some serious graft in with the sole purpose of joining the family, his demo was loved by the team and the rest is history!
